28 września 2008 - Constanta, Romania - Strada Traian: The trams and trolleybuses in the Black Sea city of Constanta are now just a memory. In 2008, both systems were still operating (just), although they did not last much longer and were becoming very badly maintained, with many vehicles awaiting scrapping. Here is one of the small fleet of Rocar 212E trolleybuses, first placed into service in 1998, which were among the first one to go.
