11 czerwca 2009 - Ostend (BE) – depot/zajednia. The Coast tramway has one very odd tram - #6102. It was built in 1982 for Charleroi, but it never reached there. Instead, BN fitted an experimental centre section to test whether these trams were suitable for the new light metro system in Manila (Philippines) – but it never went there, either. It was tested on the Coast line but TEC Charleroi eventually decided they didn’t want it, so it stayed here and now belongs to De Lijn. It’s the only double-ended tram they have.

11 czerwca 2009 - Ostend (BE) – depot/zajezdnia. The other side of #6102. It has never been modernised like the other Coast line BN trams, so still looks very much like a Charleroi tram. There is one big difference, though – the centre section has doors on only one side, even though the tram is double-ended! Presumably the Manila metro system only had platforms on one side. Anyway, it’s not much used and is used by Ostend depot as a works car. ‘SLEEP TRAM’ is right – it just sleeps here……...

8 lipca 2010 - Ostenda (BE), tory odstawcze przy dworcu. Dwukierunkowy Sleeptram jak widać wciąż sobie smacznie śpi w tym samym miejscu. Nie będę wyważać otwartych drzwi i pisać o tym wagonie - zrobił to już kolega Dvigar [link].
