Inne informacje		Amagerbanen A/S operated the privte rialway between Amagerbro and Kastrup from 1907. The passenger service ended in 1938, but it was reassumed from 1940 till 1947. Due to the expansion of the Copenhagen Airport in Kastrup, the line was shortened to Kastrup in 1957. From 1930 Amagerbanen A/S began the operation of bus routes on the island of Amager in the Southern outskirts of Copenhagen. The bus division of Amagerbanen A/S was merged into Hovedstadsområdets Trafikselskab (HT) in 1974. The bus fleet of Amagerbanen consisted of three various types, which were similar to bus types, which were in use in Copenhagen by Københavns Sporveje. They were incorporated into the HT fleet as follows: HT nos. 1957-1959 - Leyland LIDRT 1/2SP -DAB "Series 0" HT nos. 2035-2054 - Leyland LIDRT 12/4 -DAB "Series II" HT nos. 2055-2058 - Volvo B59-59 - Aabenraa "Series III" The railway infrastructure of Amagerbanen A/S was taken over by Danske Statsbaner (DSB) in 1975. Cargo traffic was upheld on the line until 1991. The Copenhagen Metro line to Kastrup Airport runs along the former railway line of Amagerbanen between the stations "Øresund" and Kastrup.
