| Inne informacje | Formed in 1994, Airlinks was the largest bus and coach operator around Heathrow Airport at the turn of the century. The company specialised in airport transport, both airside and roadside and included coach operations. They also operated services at other British Airports. It was owned by the National Express Group. In 1996 the Flightlink brand was purchased by National Express from Flights Travel Group. In mid-1997 the Hotel Hoppa operation was started by Speedlink Airport Services and was incorporated into the Airlinks fleet in mid-1998. In 1999 Jetlink, Cambridge Coach Services and Airbus were also absorbed into the Airlinks operation. Silverwing Services was purchased in 1999. In 2000 they took over the air related part of Capital Logistics. In 2000 London United also sold their Airbus operation to Airlinks, at the time the Heathrow Express train service was starting. Most of the company was absorbed into the main National Express business in 2003, also known as National Express Operations. | |||
