Yes, but he have a new repaint and new seats (only
cloth). So making this vehicle "new". And the next year, these Agora S of 1999 (9901 at 9908) and Agora L of 1999 (9941 at 9943) will be reformed. Scrapped or for sale... To be continued.
I have others best pictures! I think for you in first... Karosa C935.1034. I had the chance to drive one last week.
But these last years, whe have lost more super vehicles... Reformed as too old. We have a rules on vehicle age in France.
Here in Poland w appreciate your rules on vehicle age - it helps to renew our fleet
These rules are nice, but the different operators don`t enough money for purchase sufficient and keep in repair the vehicles.
And today, the big problems with new unlike these bus having more 15 years old or a little less is electronic and mechanical problems. Once we have a red indicator light (Sometimes is false), the bus is blocked. Previously, we can continue to drive.
And our workshops thus find themselves increasingly loaded. So we need more mechanician, and sometimes we don`t have enough vehicles. Which was not the case for the old mechanical!
So I`m afraid you will start buying cheaper eastern buses which means lower quality (and shorter life cycle). That`s what happened when polish cities required new buses from operators.
Yes, for example, we have more French city who are interested for the Yutong GNC.
In France, actually, the most manufacturer is Iveco (Urbanway/Crealis) and Heuliez Bus (GX 137 - 337 - 437), Mercedes (Citaro C2 solo and articulated), MAN (Lion`s City solo and articulated). A few city for the next months with Solaris (Urbino 18 meter) and Scania (Citywide 18 meter) (Paris for example with version CNG).
Finally, when the all operators in France buy only Yutong, King Long, etc... We should be worried at this point! ^^
