7 lipca 2013 - Riga, Meža prospect -> Tilta street. During XXV All-Latvian Song Festival and XV Dance Festival there were changes in public transport traffic. For example, before and after concerts in Mežaparks Concerthall trolleybus route no. 3 was extended to Mežaparks bus terminus. Because of that route number was changed to 3a.

7 lipca 2013 - Riga, Meza prospect. On the right side of picture Latvian tautu meitas (folk daughters) - the main participants of this festival - can be seen. But on the left side trolleybus on temporary route no. 3a is taking visitors to the concert in Mežaparks Concerthall.
