3 sierpnia 2018 - Cirencester, Gloucestershire - South Cerney: The Bristol Omnibus Company operated in large areas of south west England and was large enough to build their own vehicle chassis and in some cases (like this one) even built their own bodywork at the Brislington workshops. The standard single-deck bus built in large numbers for their secondary and rural routes was this L5G model of 1948 - note the rear entrance that was typical of these buses. The `G` type suffix indicates a Gardner engine, used on many different makes of bus.
