15 września 2018 - Kiev, Ukraine - Shevchenko tramway depot: The fact that this snow broom is numbered C-23 points to there having once been lots and lots of these snow clearers in the Kiev fleet. Because Ukraine has hard weather and this system has much track laid in the street, no doubt these come out onto the lines quite often in the winter months.
