28 września 2008 - Constanta, Romania - trolleybus depot, Sector 2: Another Rocar 212E clingin on to operational life at the Constanta trolleybus depot. Most of this model had already been withdrawn by the time I visited and there appeared to be a policy of cannibalisation, just to keep a few remaining buses fit for service. When the system finally closed down, one or two of the newer, articulated trolleybuses went on for further use in the city of Piatra Neamt, but all others were scrapped.
