15 września 2018 - Kiev, Ukraine - Podilske tram depot: A large system, now fallen on hard times and mostly neglected, the Kiev tramways are now divided into two separate zones east and west of the Dnieper river. What investment there is has taken place on the west bank, where new trams are operating on rebuilt tracks. As would be expected, there were once many works trams around the system supporting operations and many remain, although they look as though they are no longer used to any extent. Here are some photos of ones which remain, all in the yard of a depot just to the north of the city centre. This first one is a general carrier truck and is still well used.
